When you call in we usually ask for the following:

- How many ornaments are you ordering? (min. order is 100 units)
- What type of ornament? (Glass/Acrylic/Sports)
- If glass, which size? (2-5/8" or 3-1/4")
- What color of the ornament?
- What color for the imprint?
- If you have logo or electronic artwork, we shall provide you with email address to send it to. If you do not have your artwork in electronic form, you can instruct us that you are mailing it to us and we shall scan it - be sure to provide nice, clear, large images if mailing. If emailing, send a TIF or JPG or EPS, AI or CDR file in at least 300 DPI resolution, non compressed. At times we can also extract logos from your Word Documents.

- What do we inscribe on the ornament.
Payment terms are 50% of the order when you place an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Company Check. The balance payment is either charged to your card or should reach us in a form of a balance payment check prior to estimated shipping time.
Cancellation Policy: As the ornaments are custom printed - they cannot be returned. You can send us camera ready art and we will prepare free proof. We provide picture proofs to assure that you will be able to envision what the imprint will look like before we print, this also helps catching any typographical errors or artwork sent to us that is not suitable. If for some reason you decide to cancel the order after proof has been created by our art department, a $25 cancellation fee applies to cover the art dept. costs.

Shipping: for shipments within USA we utilize UPS or Fedex Ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request. We have found that US Postal Service has quite competitive international rates for international shipping via air, so based on your location we shall quote both USPS and Fedex/UPS air options.
